I missed how much yeast goes in…. fruit and sugar are equal.. so would the yeast be equal also? Or a bit less perhaps…?

Wine continues to age in the bottle, i.e. teh flavours are still developing, but not ferment, fermentation has usually stopped because the wine shouldn’t contain yeast at this point.

I agree, you should change your titles for what order they go…

Question. Has fermenting stopped at this point? Looks like a grenade has been born.

    Hi,
I have made a lot of wine at home.
I don’t recommend to buy a hand-corcer. It destroys many corcs and you will regret. Buy a “Standverkorker”, as it’s called here in Germany, it’s not much more expensive and you will get each corc into the bottle successfully.(It costs 50 EUR here).

I was watching some of you videos on how to make fruit wine and I am very interested in learning how to do that, but your videos are not labeled by any number or anything to keep them in order of the steps. Is there anyway that you could either send me the videos in order or number the ones that you have on here so I can go step by step to learn how to do it. Thanks
    Kevin
