This is Kanonkop's flagship wine - a Bordeaux blend comprising 80% Cabernet Sauvignon with 20% Merlot and Cabernet Franc. In the best Bordeaux tradition this wine is unfiltered and offers a nose of spicy vanilla with massive ripe berries on the palate. Capable of at least a decade of bottle maturation.
