This wine is made exclusively for Majestic, hence the name! This first release of Majestic Peaks Pinot Noir shows vibrant wild thyme, spice, liquorice, rich raspberry jam and cherry aromatics. The palate is all about Central Otago showing elegance and a soft powerful tannin structure supporting cherry, cassis, chocolate and raspberry spice flavours. This will drink wonderfully with duck cooked in Chinese five spice.
