This blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc is in fact a complex mix of differently finished wines, with multiple layers of barrel and tank ageing in the final cuvee. Blackberry, blueberry and roasted pepper characters sit well in a full-bodied blend.
