Puligny Montrachet 2007 Jean Marc Boillot
Boillot chose to harvest the 2007 vintage very early on in September to retain acidity and pure fruit flavours. The nose is elegant with underlying notes of minerals and nutty oak flavours but slightly reticent. While the palate is dense and rich with good structure and finesse. Superb length and crisp acidity show that this wine will only improve with time in bottle. Drink now until 2012.
