Long acknowledged to be a great growth of the Languedoc. Profoundly deep in the glass, opening to reveal velvety dark berry fruit and violet aromas. On the palate there are plentiful fine but dense tannins providing the framework for dark Morello cherry and blackberry fruit, and more subtle smoky nuances.
