Technically, this wine is a 'Malbec/Malbec' blend - with 50% of the fruit coming from vineyards at 700m above sea level (this fruit gives the ripe plum and prune characteristics) and 50% coming from 1,100m (where the grapes mature more slowly giving intense colour and aromatics).

Growing grapes and making wine out of them, has been in practice since the beginnings of farming custom. In order to maintain a healthy grapevine, it takes work and dedication.
