Cuvée Frédéric Emilie' is only produced when the Trimbach family believe the vintage is good enough to produce high quality grapes good enough to make this top wine. This is a very attractive wine with a powerful bouquet showing intensity and depth of flavour. The palate is rich and ripe with great personality and finesse. After 4 years bottle ageing, this is already a beautiful wine but it has the potential to age for a further 10 years.
